How to order online?

  1. Choose the flowers color tone and the style you like on our product pages.
  2. Write your message to send with flowers.
  3. Pick you delivery date and time and get them delivered.


Can I cancel / change my order?


Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. All products, services or deposit paid, are non-refundable. In special circumstances we may be able to organize some special offer, but this is at our discretion. (e.g.  Credit voucher refund after deduct cancellation charge etc…)


Changing Order

If you wish to change your delivery date or product details, you are welcome to contact us at 24898999 or email to us at with a notification of 3 working day (Mon – Fri) is required for flowers/ plants/ goods, subject to final confirmation by us. Extra charges and transaction fees may apply.

Some tailored items may not be changed as it is already pre-ordered for you or in process of production.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayMe, FPS, Bank In, Paypal and Alipay on our online shop.


PayMe/ FPS/ Bank in

Please leave your contact number in your order, we will provide payment details for transaction.

Please send the transection note through WhatsApp and order will be conformed within 24 hours after payment.  If you haven’t received the order conformation, please contact us at 24898999.


Paypal/ Alipay

Please select Paypal/Alipay option in your order, online transaction will be done and order will be conformed within 24 hours after payment.  If you haven't received the order conformation, please contact us at 24898999.


What are the shipping options?

Customers can choose to pick-up at our shop, or we provide delivery services with delivery fee.

Delivery fee caries according to different destination. Please check before confirming the order. To know more about delivery, please check the delivery policy to know more.


Can I pick up my flowers at your flower shop?

Yes. Please be sure to choose ‘In-Store Pickup’ option when placing order.

Can I change my delivery address?

We can not change your delivery address after we delivered the order.

If you order already delivered before you want to cancel, please contact us at 24898999 in one day advance, extra delivery cost may request subject to the destination. To know more about delivery charge, please check the delivery policy to know more.


What do I do if I received a defective order?

Any claims regarding damaged or defective goods must be made either on the date of purchase or on the date od delivery. Due to seasonal availability, weather condition and other factors beyond our control, not all products are shown on our website, catalogue or shop are available at all time. Substitution of flower in similar value and style may be applied. You will be advised at the time of ordering the substitution of mainflowers. As flower are natural products, colors and scales may vary from that shown in our website, catalogue or shop display. However, we will make every effort to maintain the color scheme, size and shape of flower arrangements. Standard packing will be applied for flower bouquets. Special packing will be subjected to a surcharge.  Every product will send a product photo to ensure customer satisfy before delivery.
