Returns & Exchanges


Although every flower and plant has a different shelf life, if you feel your blooms have faded too soon, even though you have aherred to our care tips, of course we would like to know and be given the chance to put it right for you. Equally if you feel the item you received is for some reason incorrect please get in touch with us by phone within 2 hours after delivery, else we cannot arrange return of flowers.


Please do not dispose of your flowers as we would always like to see what has gone wrong and we may ask you to return them to us at the shop in special circumstances.



Live products, tailor-made items, displayed items, defective items, discounted items, promotional items, breakable items, or items damaged through normal wear and tear cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded at ant time.


Exchange available for other dried goods and home decorations. You must notify us by email at within 3 days from the date of delivery of the goods to you specifying the reasons, including a receipt, for damaged at the time of the delivery or faulty due to no fault on your part: or incorrectly shipped because of an error on our part.
